Santorini: Seconding all that kvh said about Santorini and adding that OK, boat sunset, but if you have a second day do the Oia sunset as well. To be fair, working from a hotel was possible and great when the islands were not really crowded, at the start of this summer. Pretty incredible prices on accomodation and I worked from home so. I live in Athens and took the opportunity to visit all these islands right after we were allowed to, apart from Naxos, which I went to a couple of year ago. We wandered around searching for accommodation for the night with our packs in the heat of the afternoon - would not recommend haha. It was pretty confusing trying to sort it out. We also got stuck another night on Milos because the ferry was cancelled and no one told us. Milos is another really cool island on that route. We planned on spending more time there but 1 day and night was enough. I would spend less time on Mykonos, it's expensive and over hyped. Bring a flashlight/headlamp, we only had our phones for light and it was not enough. There is the biggest cave I have ever seen that legends say Zeus used to hide in. If you are into hiking Mount Zas is amazing. It is delicious, the owners have a farm and grow all the food/livestock themselves. On Naxos there is a restaurant called "Gastronomy".
